For the 50th anniversary of the establishment of China-France Diplomatic and as the only french stop of it's European tour, the latest monumental works of the great Chinese painter Lv Zhong Ping was displayed from 18th to 21st september at the Nikki Diana Marquardt Gallery. Which was a great opportunity for us to introduce M. Pagès owner of Chateau Forcas Dupré to the artist behind the design of his Grande Cuvée.
Renowed as one of the greatest masters of traditional asian painting Lv Zhong Ping had the rare honor to restore the ancient frescoes of the golden Pavillion in Kyoto, the most famous monument of Japan. Born in 1959 in Shanghai, from a family of artist and calligraph flewing the cultural revolution. Master Lv was raised by a Buddhist monk in an isolated temple in Sichuan.
